e) Physical Products

We may offer physical goods for purchase through our App or as described at checkout. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and shipping options are as shown at the time you place your order. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider; by ordering, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown for that order.

Shipping timelines and carriers are as stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier or as otherwise indicated in your order terms.

All sales of physical products are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for physical products, except where we are legally required to do so.
